How far in advance do we have to order? A 2 week minimum is appreciated for large orders. 1 week minimum notice for smaller orders. In the case of a last minute order, you can message me on Instagram and we'll see if the order will be possible.
Do you give refunds? Strictly no refunds. Funds go towards materials, tools and time to complete orders.

How do I keep my products fresh? Keep Orders in AC upon pick up. Place in the fridge when home until ready to display or eat.

What can you do if my order is damaged after pick up? Once an order is picked up, it is the customers' responsibility. Fresitas Y Amor is not responsible nor liable for any damages after orders have been picked up.

Do you have vegan items? Products are produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens such as milk, eggs and butter.
